Lu Jianchuan takes over an old curiosity shop on the brink of bankruptcy.
On the first day it's open, he receives an old watch and sees what will happen to the girl selling it the next day.
She says she's getting married tomorrow.
But he sees her in a wedding dress, her hands covered in blood.
Lu Jianchuan thinks that a timely warning will be enough to stop the tragedy. It isn't until the next day that he realizes the future he saw left out the most important person.
From then on, every old object brings him a story that has yet to happen.
The previous shopkeeper, who disappeared, left behind one rule:
"If you receive an old object that belongs to you, don't touch it, no matter what."
