Li Chen is a 49er with Hung Hing in Sham Shui Po, and has been nominated for Sham Shui Po's Ten Outstanding Youth award five times.
Other gangsters get by with a cleaver. He gets by by running companies.
He collects rent, monopolizes the seafood trade, and runs the hottest nightclub in all of Hong Kong. Every one of his men earns a good salary and holds a proper license, and even the girls at his clubs get pensions.
The underworld calls him Mad Dog Chen because he's mentally ill, and yes, he has the paperwork to prove it.
But all Li Chen really wants is to make money.
If someone won't let him make money, he'll have to take them down instead. After all, if a sociopath can't make money, he'll have to find something else to do.
