Hextech from the Start: Planar Transfer

The main-world settings are A Little Thing Called First Love, Soul Ferry, and The Outcast. The story is set during high school. The Outcast probably won't appear much during that period, only getting the occasional mention. The Soul Ferry plot will also have to wait until after high school, which will take up quite a while. There are too many female leads to keep track of, and I don't think an urban setting suits a story with multiple female leads. This isn't a System story, and Hextech is just a cognitive barrier in the early stages.

Wait, dude, what kind of bargain-bin Hextech is dimensional transfer?!

What do you mean, it generates an area and sends everyone inside it to another plane? You can really go to other planes?

What do you mean my ability is to get a Hextech augment in this plane?

First world: Katanagatari. It should wrap up in a few chapters. I just wanted to give the protagonist the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception as a cheat ability. It's been so long, I've forgotten most of it. I went back and tried to catch up, but I couldn't get into it anymore.
