After transmigrating to New York in The Boys, Uchiha Itachi becomes a wandering outsider with failing eyesight and a terminal illness.
He has seen the fires of war and the filth of politicians in the shinobi world, but never a world so absurd:
The so-called superheroes are selfish and cowardly in private, obsessed with chasing views and injecting themselves with drugs for show.
To nurse his sick body and restore his eyes, Itachi hides in the shadows.
He had no intention of getting involved, but people keep mistaking his quiet restraint for weakness they can exploit.
Street thugs, the Seven, and even the arrogant Homelander all rush forward, only to shatter before his scarlet Mangekyo.
From the capitalist prison of The Boys to the cosmic tides of Marvel.
He restores his divine body, awakens the Eternal Eye, opens the path of reincarnation, and takes control of karma!
When the Chitauri Army darkens the skies and Thanos arrives on Earth with the Infinity Gauntlet...
The man in the black coat patterned with red clouds stands atop the ruins. A flock of crows sweeps across the sky, and the scarlet light reflects the trembling of the gods.
