Modern programmer Chen Mo dies suddenly and transmigrates to the early Tang Dynasty, where he becomes a young apprentice at a blacksmith's shop. He awakens a faulty "Great Tang Code Editor" System. Compatibility keeps failing, leaving him able to unlock logical techniques only by relying on computing power. While living at the blacksmith's shop, he turns programming logic into a smithing process, uses conditional statements to improve forging methods, and fights off his rivals' schemes as he struggles to survive in a chaotic age. He earns a living at the forge while waiting for the System to finish adapting.
