You Talk Law, I Talk Criminal Law

I'm a divorce lawyer who specializes in marital infidelity.

I've been doing this for six years. I've never lost. And I've never handled a criminal case.

Until a female CEO came to see me. Her husband is the best criminal defense lawyer in the city, and he hasn't lost a single case since starting out. There are two bruises on her wrist, neat in shape, as if something had deliberately pressed them into her skin.

I took a photo and sent her husband a message: "Your wife came to see me."

He replied with one word: "Good."

A divorce lawyer, fighting an uneven war against a top criminal defense attorney.

He talks about procedural justice. I talk about human nature. He talks about the chain of evidence. I say: I haven't handed the police the photos of your wife's injuries yet.
