After My Conquest Failed, the Villain Imprisoned and Doted on Me Instead

[Two female leads / mildly spooky / 1v1]

[Clear-headed, flirtatious conquest target vs. sweet-on-the-outside, dark-on-the-inside lovesick villain]

Yu Jianan bound herself to a System. Her mission was to win over the ultimate villain at a supernatural university.

She thought her target was a barefoot little ghost in a white dress with incredible fighting skills, so she resigned herself to raising her like a child: feeding her, tucking her in, and teaching her to write.

Then came the sealing incident, and Yu Jianan was forced to leave A Jin behind in the darkness.

After failing her mission, Yu Jianan planned to spend the rest of her days in this world eating and waiting to die.

One night, she opened the door to find a beautiful, long-haired woman in her pajamas, sitting on the sofa and approaching her barefoot.

The woman bent close to her ear, smiling as she spoke. “Big sister, don't you recognize me?”

Yu Jianan's legs went weak. “A Jin? How did you grow up so much?”

A Jin tilted her head, revealing the same innocent yet dangerous smile she'd worn all those years ago. “When you left me in there, you didn't ask me how I was supposed to survive.”

Yu Jianan: System... This is bad. The villain I raised is back to settle the score.

System (playing dead): Ding! Conquest target favorability detected: off the charts. Host, please proceed as you see fit.

Yu Jianan: “I was only using you to farm conquest points.”

A Jin: “I know. That's why you need me even more, big sister.”

System: Ding! Conquest target corruption level at 99%; favorability at 100%.

Yu Jianan: ...Did you get those numbers mixed up?

A Jin (hugging her from behind): “No, big sister.”

#Conquest failed?

#No, the villain successfully conquered herself.
