Yan Jin and He Hao grew up together. Yan Yan is Yan Jin's younger brother, a little tagalong who followed them around as they grew up.
The He and Yan families were already close, and when He Hao showed up with gifts to propose, Yan Jin's parents were delighted. They were very pleased with their future son-in-law.
Only Yan Jin flew into a rage and snapped at He Hao, "What are you doing? You know I have a boyfriend!"
He Hao replied, "That's none of your business."
After dinner, He Hao took Yan Yan by the hand and left. Only then did Yan Jin suddenly realize that the proposal hadn't been for him.
It would have been better if it had been for him!
Yan Jin's parents had already turned to stone. By the time they came to their senses, the two rascals had already run out the door.
