The Daylily Flower Spirit Has the Gloomy Big Shot Wrapped Around Her Finger

[Sweet Everyday Romance] [Both Leads Are Each Other's Only Partners] [The Heroine Is a Scatterbrain] [The Heroine's Only Talent Is Strength] [The Hero Supports Her Unconditionally]

Xie Qiyuan is known in his social circle as a refined gentleman, always smiling and always composed.

But beneath that gentle exterior lies a heart as cold as ice and ruthless methods. He has never trusted anyone.

Until he meets Shu Tiao.

A soft, round-faced young woman timidly enters his field of vision. A thought pops into his head: take her home and keep her by his side.

The girl isn't quite right in the head. She insists she's a poisonous spirit and can't get too close to humans.

He doesn't believe her. He kisses her and is promptly knocked unconscious by poison.

Only later does he discover that she is a daylily spirit who has cultivated for a thousand years.

She looks soft and cute, and is straightforward to the point of being dim, but she's strong enough to lift anything and carries deadly poison.

She casually tries to hold up a wall that's about to fall. The wall collapses.

She kindly helps someone move a flowerpot and pulls an entire Chinese parasol tree up by the roots.

She gives someone a cheerful pat on the shoulder, and they're rushed to the hospital on the spot.

Everyone says President Xie has a little assistant by his side, round-faced and soft, who looks easy to bully.

Nobody knows that if anyone dares look at her for too long, the company will mysteriously have a new owner the next day.

She is always getting into trouble, then hiding behind him afterward.

He lets her make trouble and lets her hide. Only after she's caused a mess does he lower his eyes, wipe the dust from her face, and say in a low, gentle voice, "It's fine. I'll take care of it."

He has been cold and detached for half his life, but with her alone, he is tender to the bone, falling at first sight.

Note: The daylily is actually an herb of forgetfulness. The heroine has no control over its effect: everyone who sees her likes her unconditionally, forgets their worries, and becomes happy.
