Siheyuan: You Framed Me into Joining the Army? I’m Back to Settle Scores with the Whole Courtyard

On the eve of the founding of the People's Republic, the courtyard's scheming residents joined forces to protect their own families. They knocked the orphan He Xiao unconscious and sent him off as a conscript!

Not only did they calmly divide up the three spacious tiled-roof houses belonging to the He family, they also squandered the compensation money left by He Xiao's parents.

Everyone assumed He Xiao had died on the battlefield amid a storm of artillery fire, and lived happily ever after.

Who could have guessed that ten years later, He Xiao would return, very much alive, with an impressive record of military service and a new position as chief of security at the Hongxing Steelworks!

The moment he pushed open the courtyard gate, every last scoundrel in the place was scared stiff!

Yi Zhonghai tried to guilt-trip him with morality? He Xiao shoved a gun to his forehead, exposed his embezzlement, and sent him northwest to eat sand!

Jia Zhangshi tried throwing a tantrum? He Xiao answered with three hard slaps, then had her legally arrested and sent to a labor camp to break rocks!

Silly Zhu tried to use his fists? He Xiao kicked him so hard he'd never be able to lift a wok again!

You stole my family's money? Pay back ten times as much. You took my family's house? I'll break your bones and throw you out!

With the iron-fisted authority of the security department, He Xiao legally and properly takes every last thing from the courtyard's scoundrels, rooting them out one by one!

The whole courtyard falls to its knees, weeping and begging for mercy.

He Xiao sneers. “You were pretty pleased with yourselves when you schemed to make me cannon fodder. Now you want to live? Too late!”
