I Scammed Six Million Through Online Dating, Then the Victim Cornered Me on a Dating Show

Song Nanzhi is a little-known actress, known across the entertainment industry as an honest, harmless person.

Nobody knows that this honest girl conned six million from a "purehearted CEO" she met online, just to scrape together the penalty for terminating her contract.

Once she got the money, she blocked him and signed a contract for an island dating show overnight, hoping to make one last bundle before leaving the industry.

On the first day of filming, a private helicopter descended from the sky.

Jin Yu, the head of the Jin financial conglomerate and the internet's famously coldhearted "Buddha," made a surprise appearance among the male contestants as a mysterious investor.

At the bonfire party, they played Truth or Dare.

He toyed with his lighter, his gaze passing through the flames to settle on her. "Recently, an honest, down-to-earth girl cheated me out of six million. What do you think I should do, Teacher Song?"

The whole set fell silent. The livestream comments exploded.

Song Nanzhi's legs went weak. She grabbed the back of her chair. "Maybe... make her perform a chest-breaking stone trick?"

Jin Yu smiled, but the smile never reached his eyes.

He leaned forward and, hidden from every camera, gripped her chin. His voice was so low only the two of them could hear:

"You've been on the run for three months. Your creditor came to take you home in person. Be good and smile. The whole country is watching."
