Each person got a deserted island, and survival depended on stacking various cards. Food and water were tallied every day. Run out of resources, and death was the only outcome.

Gu Lang landed on the most barren rocky island from the start. He had only a handful of cards at his side, including a [Mysterious Cave] card that could bring either fortune or disaster. Fortunately, he had once played a card game with the same origins as Stacked Islands, and remembered countless crafting recipes and survival tricks.

While everyone else was still figuring out how to use their cards, he had already started quarrying stone, making fire, and crafting tools. While others fought tooth and nail for a sip of water, he was working out how to turn every resource into another chance to survive.
