While Wukong was studying the Dao at Mount Fangcun, a System tried to possess him.
At the critical moment, Goddess Nüwa descended, destroyed the System, and sent information about Blue Star that she had obtained from the System's Host into Wukong's true spirit. As a result, Wukong came to understand the future.
After learning from his master that the course of fate could not be changed, Wukong created a clone named Supreme Treasure to undertake the journey to the West in his place.
His master also helped Wukong awaken the origin of the Sky-Mending Stone, granting him the Chaos Pearl, a supreme treasure born alongside him.
After lending the Chaos Pearl to the Sages and the Dao Ancestor, Wukong obtained the Six Roots Purifying Bamboo, the Mountains and Rivers State Map, the Exquisite Pagoda of Heaven and Earth, the Hongmeng Measuring Ruler, and the Chaos Bell.
Afterward, Wukong entered the Celestial Court and took up the position of Primordial Emperor.
In Daoism, Wukong is the Heavenly Venerable of Primordial Unity, the Supreme, and the Great One. In Buddhism, he is the Buddha of Great Enlightenment, Great Compassion, and Radiant Light. In Confucianism, he is the Profound Sage. In the hearts of all living beings in the Primordial World, he is the Great Sage Equal to Heaven.
After Supreme Treasure was imprisoned beneath Five Elements Mountain, Wukong established the City of the Heavens and Myriad Worlds in Chaos, bringing endless changes to the Myriad Worlds.
Who knows? It's been a long time since I've seen a book with such a solid world view. It's not the kind of empty show that claims to be grand. Every detail is worth digging into. I don't want to fast forward at all, for fear of missing a little foreshadowing.
