Naruto: Please, Just Kill Me Already! I Need to Cash In on My Insurance!

After transmigrating to Konoha for twelve years, Tsukimigiri Shu is bound to the [Heroic Martyr’s Fake-Death System]. As long as he dies gloriously in a pivotal battle to save the world, he can cash in assets worth hundreds of billions based on his “Tragic Grandeur and Heroic Spirit,” fake his death, and return home! The socially anxious Shu sets his lifelong goal on the spot: absolutely refuse to be a cannon fodder, and devote himself to a heroic death! To maximize his insurance payout, he rattles off embarrassing lines by day, with moves named after immortal heroes; at night, he gets beaten into a god in the dueling arena by “Divine Steed Madara” and “Hidden Hero Hashirama.” Whenever danger strikes, he even activates his [Damage Transfer] talent, rushing to take a poisoned kunai meant for Sasuke and a Great Fireball meant for Hinata! Shu is ecstatic. “Come on, cut me! Max out the disability payout and I’ll be back on Earth to pick up my Bugatti in no time!” But… the entire shinobi world is devastated! Sasuke Uchiha’s eyes burn scarlet. “Your arrogance is just a mask. You were willing to endure countless calamities in my place… These Mangekyo awakened because of you!” Hiruzen Sarutobi weeps openly. “You bear countless poisons, yet you laugh and say, ‘No one can disturb my peaceful sleep.’ This is the true legacy of the Sacred Ones!” The entire Akatsuki turns red with rage. “He tanked Shinra Tensei all by himself, then shouted through bloodied lips, ‘Does anyone dare face my next strike?’ Just who the hell is the villain here?!” Shu looks at the Otsutsuki he “accidentally” slapped flying, close to tears. “Come on… I’ve taken nine hundred million fatal blows for you. Can’t you lot at least try to kill me?!”
