Douluo Dalu: The Hu Ba Story

(I rewrote all of the first six chapters, and picked up the pace. You should have more reason to keep reading now, right?)

A soul from another world transmigrates to Douluo. At the age of six, Hu Ba awakens his Martial Soul in Di Huang Village.

A little beast no one has ever seen before, with innate Soul Power at rank nine and the dual attributes of poisonous miasma and foulness. The awakening master reports it overnight. Before word can reach Spirit Hall headquarters, the Worship Hall's Fourth Worshipper, Mighty Lion Douluo, arrives first, snatches him away from the Pope's Hall, and takes him as his direct disciple.

From then on, both the Worship Hall and the Pope's Hall have their eyes on him.

At Spirit Hall Academy, Hu Ba works on his fundamentals, trains his Soul Power, and probes the secrets of his Martial Soul. He has one trump card no one else knows about: precognition. He can see fragments of other people's futures up to a year ahead, but not his own, nor those of the people closest to him.

But Spirit Hall Academy is no place to stay for long. He must go to the Heaven Dou Empire, to a place that lies outside everyone's chessboard.
