Looking for a Book With a Protagonist Who Is a Prophet or Seer, Skilled at Scheming and Seeing Through Everything

Any protagonist’s gender is fine. Preferably not too brainless. They know everything but can’t say it outright for some reason, and making a prophecy comes at a huge cost. I’m especially interested in infinite-flow stories, but other themes are fine too.
