Professor Shen, Your Ice-Queen Persona Has Crumbled

Su Nuomi got caught red-handed secretly sketching the stern, celibate professor, then turned around and pursued him instead.

She sat in on his classes, brought him stomach-soothing tea, and drew healing comics. With the whole school watching, she confessed directly: "Professor Shen, I'm not fooling around. I really like you."

Everyone was waiting for him to coldly turn her away.

But when a post spreading rumors appeared, Shen Yuci publicly produced the evidence. When the Su family tried to force her to leave school, he stood up for her himself. When her younger sister plagiarized her work, he made sure the whole school was informed.

By day, he was the feared head of surgery.

At night, he'd wipe away her tears, soothe her to sleep, and change every one of his principles to include an exception for Su Nuomi.

Later, the young woman stopped pursuing him.

But Professor Shen, who had always been cool and self-possessed, cornered her at the door, his voice low and husky. "You got me hooked, and now you think you can run away?"
