An Unruly Love Slave: Only the One Who Tied the Knot Can Untie It

[The heroine is strong from the start and only gets stronger later; she takes a forceful approach to love with the male lead.]

[The male lead is a sickly, possessive man from a humble background. He has no mysterious past and only knows how to work himself to the bone to grow stronger.] The overall pacing is on the fast side.

Mingyin had lived for six hundred years, killing wraiths day after day in the netherworld, like a killing machine that obeyed commands and nothing else.

Until her older sister disappeared.

She came to the human world and found her sister's slave, Shen Bailian.

He was beautiful as a flower, the star courtesan at the Baihua Brothel, smiling with irresistible charm while hiding two hundred years of resentment at being abandoned in his eyes.

She forcibly made him her slave and tied a silver bell around his ankle.

"From now on, you belong to me. If you dare take it off, I'll kill you on the spot."

He hated her and wanted to escape.

But whenever the bell rang, he had to return to her side.

Unable to get away, he followed behind her with a cold expression.

She knew nothing, so he began teaching her, one thing at a time.

When she was cold, he was warm. When she pulled away, he pursued her.

He called her master to her face, but tried to run away at night. Yet the more he fled, the more he realized he couldn't bear to leave her.

He kissed her, and she kicked in his ribs. The next moment, she cradled his face and kissed him back.

"Do you like me?"

She asked so bluntly that the resentment he'd built up for two hundred years crumbled in an instant.

The first time she apologized, it was to him. The first person to call her by name was also him.

He hated that she possessed him, but he was even more afraid she'd stop wanting him.

"A Yin, if you dare leave me behind, I'll drain every wraith in the Three Realms dry, so you'll have to come find me and answer for it for the rest of your life."

The one who ties the bell must be the one to untie it.

She tied the silver bell on him, but the key to taking it off had always been in his hands.
