Reckless, Passionate Pampering

[Brilliant Top Student vs. Hopeless Underachiever]

[#Mutual Salvation]

Everyone knows there are two people at No. 1 High School you must never mess with:

Xie Nan, a school bully who never studies,

and Mo Lin, the school's top student.

The first is impossible to handle; the second must not be crossed.

No one would ever imagine that these two would get together.

It all began when Mo Lin, burning with a high fever, accidentally fell into Xie Nan's arms and murmured, "Dad, I missed you so much."

The school bully, who never studied, stiffly pushed her away and said with disdain, "I'm not your dad. Don't go calling random people Daddy."

Everyone nearby saw this and thought, It's over. The little top student is in for it now.

But to everyone's surprise, Xie Nan, the school bully who never studied, picked up a book and started studying of his own accord.

His friend stared at him in disbelief. "Brother Nan, are you losing it?"

Xie Nan smiled mysteriously. "You country bumpkin, you wouldn't understand. Studying makes me happy."

No one knew that on that rainy night, in a shadowy alley, Xie Nan had met the person he wanted to protect for the rest of his life.

Everyone thought Mo Lin had saved Xie Nan, the hopeless underachiever. But no one knew that Xie Nan was the one who saved Mo Lin.

"Xie Nan, studying is so exhausting. I want to give up."

"Mo Lin, I won't give up on you, so don't give up on yourself. I'll face every thorn in the road ahead with you."

When the two walked out hand in hand at the graduation party, making no effort to hide their relationship, everyone went wild and cried out:

"Brother Nan, who was it that said top students were the worst?"

Xie Nan spread his hands, looking innocent. "Did I say that? You must have misheard. I love top students the most."
