The Seventh Move-Out Photo

Lin Mo, a move-out inspection clerk, took exactly six standard photos, but a seventh appeared in the System report. In the bathroom mirror in the photo stood her older sister, Lin Yu, who had been missing for three years.

Following the red serial numbers in the photos, Lin Mo discovers that an old program originally designed to protect tenants' privacy is being used to replace mold, cracks, and signs of everyday life, affecting tenants' deposits, repair liabilities, and whether they can stay.

But as the investigation deepens, she discovers that her sister isn't entirely innocent. Lin Yu wrote key code, signed off on a faulty launch, and once made an innocent person pay the price to preserve evidence. In the end, what Lin Mo must recover is not just her missing sister, but a complete account of the truth that no one can alter or erase again.
