Lin Yuanzhou, 28, is deputy chief of the General Affairs Section of Linjiang County People's Government Office. He is assigned to Yunshui Village in Qingxi Town as its first secretary.
Starting with the renovation of a dangerous bridge, he takes back the tea factory, establishes a cooperative, builds the Yunshui Tea brand, and develops a blend of tea and tourism, leading Yunshui Village from provincial poverty status to becoming a national key village for rural tourism.
