I Took Dance Students to Survive on a Deserted Island, and They Were Devastated When I Left

It's basically the same as another book I've read. There is a teacher. T0 instructs a follower to steal meat, causing the follower's leg to be broken. When the teacher finds the food, T0 takes it away, and then the teacher breaks up with T0. I can't say it's similar, I can only say it's exactly the same. The follow-up is exactly the same, and I don't even bother to change it.
