One Piece: Undercover in the Marines, Unleashing the Drumbeat of Liberation

(Revolutionary Army undercover agent + Marine Admiral candidate + opposing the Celestial Dragons + establishing a United Nations for the world)

After the protagonist Baize is rescued from persecution by the Celestial Dragons by Monkey D. Dragon, he joins the Revolutionary Army and, in keeping with his agreement with Dragon, goes undercover in the Marines. He gradually embarks on a great journey to overthrow the old order and liberate the world. (The Elbaf arc has gotten more and more outrageous. I can't take it anymore, so I'm giving writing a book a try myself. This is my first time writing, so please point out anything that could be improved. Oda, that old fraud, knows nothing about the Pirate King.)
