Synopsis

A page of notes from three years ago and a five-year-old word puzzle lead to a shocking black-market organ trade.

Three years later, why are all the young and middle-aged victims in the seventh wave of "heart attack deaths" turning up at the crematorium?

A forensic autopsy uncovers something unusual, and veteran detective Lu Mang follows the clues in the notes to investigate.

An abandoned factory, an operating table deep in the mountains, the Mingguang Foundation...

Every layer he uncovers brings another batch of ashes and another warning letter.

But he doesn't know that the dash left behind by a missing reporter is waiting for someone alive to write the second half.

And that someone is him.

I’m 80,000 Words In and Only 9 People Have Read It. Anyone Doing Worse?

I want to read something similar to A Martial World Big Shot Falls in Love with Me. I have been writing for a long time. Maybe it is just my own passionate effort, because absolutely no one is continuing to read it.

The protagonist shouldn't be useless, and the horror should come with a touch of comedy.

Any Original Stories? I’m Sick of These Same Old Popular Plots

Recommend some fresh, original fantasy novels. No mainstream tropes, no lousy rebirth stories, no urban novels where the protagonist shows off and bumps into a beauty around the corner, and no apocalyptic stories with superpowers or a System. Are there any fantasy novels outside those categories? Ideally, something with a fresh premise and theme.
