I'm a Villain, So How Did I Become a Reclusive Master?

I transmigrated into the cultivation world three years ago, and finally got a System.

The System’s first words were:

[Host, please go steal the genius’s Foundation Establishment Pill.]

Me: "?"

Other people’s Systems carry them to success.

Mine wants to send me to my death.

With no other choice, I had to grit my teeth and play the villain.

I stole the pill, and the genius fell to his knees.

I smashed the pill furnace, and an elder broke through.

I provoked the peak master, and he achieved enlightenment.

Later, the entire sect became convinced that

I was an ancient powerhouse hiding my cultivation.

The more I explained, the more they believed it.

The more evil I acted, the more grateful they became.

Me: "Come on, I really am a villain!"
