Synopsis

Those who cannot let go of their obsessions cannot enter the cycle of rebirth, and are banished to the Wild Ruins.

In the ancient, desolate ruins, where no day or night exists, the souls of the dead slowly fade away, returning to the world's embers.

For a thousand years, no new souls entered this land of death.

Then a soul from the modern world crossed the rift in the order of things. Wen Yu fell here by mistake.

He knows nothing of this place's rules. He doesn't know that the Wild Ruins are divided in two, that ancient souls go to the Land of Remnants, while modern souls go to the Soil of Regret.

The aura of his soul is both a beacon and the root of his troubles.

The Wild Ruins stretch endlessly. There is no rebirth, no way home, only struggle and mysteries waiting for him to unravel, one by one.

New Writers, Come On In

It's so upsetting to keep seeing the stats barely change. The reader count doesn't go up at all, and there isn't a single comment. Hardly anyone reads the whole book, and by the last chapter, almost no one is still reading. New authors, let's support one another.
