The day three-year-old Zhaozhao is kicked out of her adoptive parents' home, she unexpectedly awakens the System of her little admirer, Tietong.

Zhaozhao doesn't understand threads of obsession. Zhaozhao only knows that her tummy is hungry.
All she can do is carry a chipped bowl through the streets, humming little nursery rhymes in her baby voice to beg for food.
One rhyme, "Wooden men, don't move," turns the bad guys chasing her into wooden statues.

Everyone is trying to figure out how to snatch the three-year-old.
Zhaozhao blinks in confusion. "Tietong, why is everyone trying to steal a baby?"
Tietong sighs. "Everyone in the city is obsessed with figuring out how to trick you into coming home so they can spoil you."
Humming the sweetest rhymes in the tiniest voice, she becomes the most adored little tyrant in the city.
