Within the towering barrier walls lie isolated cities where humanity clings to survival.
A pale blue magical barrier separates them from the outside world, but everyone knows that this bustling peace is only a temporary illusion.
Beyond the walls, the vast wilderness of the Spirit Domain stretches without end. Countless savage demon beasts lurk there, forever coveting the lives within the city.
Lin Mu, born to a collateral branch of a prestigious family of mages, awakens a much-maligned plant-vine magic type at his awakening ceremony.
But no one knows that he has also awakened a top-tier innate talent.
Jade-green vines burst from the earth, faint light flowing between their roots. They can trace the origins of all life, leaving nowhere for any demon beast to hide from his eyes.
He ventures into the perilous Spirit Domain, hunts powerful demon beasts, and uncovers a secret conspiracy buried for years.
As a catastrophe that will engulf the world quietly descends, the youth wields green vines as his blade, fighting to carve out a path to survival for humanity.
