Note: This is a modern urban fantasy novel in the style of Project Moon. I originally planned to write about the fourteenth Sinner, Randolph Carter, but given the wonderfully eccentric setup and unfinished plot of Little K, I decided against it. So I came up with a magical-girl story instead. I hope you enjoy it, dear readers. If possible, I'll have the two cities visit each other.
