[Rules of the Strange] [Urban Supernatural] [Memory Flow]
A disaster known as "Erosion" has appeared in this world.
Things infected by Erosion pass through three stages: their concepts grow vague, they physically dissipate, and then they are erased from memory.
When the last person in the world forgets them, they vanish completely.
Its rule for killing can be summed up in one sentence:
You must neither think of it nor forget it.
The harder you try to recall something corrupted by Erosion, the faster it consumes it. If you forget it completely, it will descend and devour you.
Ji Chuan, a high school senior, gets caught up in a forum disappearance case by accident and becomes a rare "Rememberer."
Using his own memories as anchors, he pins the people and things swallowed by Erosion back into reality, one by one.
The price: each time he does, he permanently loses a memory.
Today, he forgets his deskmate's name. Tomorrow, he forgets the way home.
When his core memories are exhausted, he will become a new source of Erosion and devour everything.
Will he forget himself first, or make the whole world remember him first?
