I'm in the Hokage World, So Why Is My System from One Piece?

(A trident, a Dragon-Dragon Fruit, three meters tall, free to do whatever he wants; either one female lead or no female lead.) I'm Budong Yue. I was at home on the 22nd floor watching One Piece videos on Bilibili and drinking cola when a truck suddenly came flying through the window. Hello, this is the 22nd floor!!

The System sent me Sanji's feast. I'd watched One Piece videos before I transmigrated, so this world must be One Piece, right? I asked the System, and it said I was right.

At last, after completing my training and preparing to set sail, I walked for ages without seeing the sea. Instead, I saw a blond, a black-haired guy, a pink-haired guy, and a white-haired guy. System, you're telling me this is One Piece?!!

Then Budong Yue fought Kakashi to test where he stood in the food chain, in "Konoha's Youngest Jonin vs. the Strongest Devil Fruit User in the Hokage World."

Budong Yue: I think you've got the wrong idea. Let me make this clear: you're the challenger here~
