[Post-apocalyptic wasteland] [Insectoid invasion] [Ancient martial arts] [Genetic modification] [Summon divine generals] [Divine generals with their own over-the-top styles] [Invincible protagonist]
Hundreds of years ago, insectoids from Planet Neil invaded Earth to plunder its star-core ore. Most of the planet became a wasteland, and magnetic fields went haywire, rendering all of humanity's advanced weapons useless. Humans struggled to hold on in their various bases by combining newly developed genetic modification technology with ancient Chinese martial arts. Then Chen Le appeared, summoning invincible divine generals and gaining special abilities. He fought his way back from the bottom, reigniting humanity's hope. The only problem was that every one of these generals had some ridiculous flaw, leaving people laughing and crying in equal measure.
