Naruto: Reincarnated as the Nine-Tails, I Treat Ninjas as Employees

A burned-out office worker becomes the Nine-Tails and is sealed inside Naruto from the start.

He awakens a labor System: hire ninja as employees, lend out chakra, and earn interest in emotional support.

Kakashi: "Double the stamina. This is the good stuff."

Shukaku: "Hey, Nine-Tails, I want in too!"

Akatsuki? Get in line and sign a nondisclosure agreement.

This fox won't go berserk. He'll just rewrite the things that leave everyone wishing things had gone differently.
