[Sweet Campus Romance] [Mutual Crush] [Secondhand Embarrassment Comedy] [One Female Lead] [No Angst]
I wrote the ice-cold school beauty I'd had a crush on for two and a half years into my novel.
She followed the novel and got me into serious trouble.
Before graduation, I threw caution to the wind and made her the heroine of a book: an icy class monitor, a gaming addict who was terrible at games but refused to admit it.
Then things got strange.
I wrote that she would forget her lines during a speech. The next day, she froze in front of the whole school.
I wrote that she would be mistaken for an employee at a bubble tea shop. That weekend, a customer really did trap her behind the counter to take their order.
I wrote that the male lead would help her go on a winning streak. That night, she got five kills and couldn't stop winning.
Terrified, I deleted the manuscript in the middle of the night. I thought I'd awakened the ability to see the future, and that sooner or later I'd be taken away and cut open for study.
Then I got curious and checked my ticket history, game records, and class group messages...
She had bought the movie tickets in advance. Two of them, in adjacent seats.
The account that went on the winning streak had been left logged in on my phone while she showered.
Even that torrential rain was my own doing. I'd rushed inside clutching my books.
There was no prophecy.
She had taken the novel I'd written and, one scene at a time, acted it out with me all the way to today.
And my troublemaking friend had secretly sent her the link back in Chapter Three.
I thought I was the only one caught up in all this chaos. Turns out I was the only reader in the whole book who hadn't been given the script.
Now she follows every update and nags me to write more. In the comments, she keeps asking: When will the male lead finally dare to write the heroine's name?
Waiting for an answer online.
I really don't dare write it.
