Grandpa Raids Tombs, Grandson Checks on Him, and Now He's Picked a Fight With a Tomb

Chen Baiqing's grandfather was the leader of the Xiling faction, and spent his life robbing tombs beyond count. When he passed away, even King Yama paused for a moment: "How am I supposed to count this guy's accomplishments?"

When it was Chen Baiqing's turn, he thought he could live an ordinary, uneventful life. Then a System notification popped up: "Congratulations, Host. You have been promoted to Ghost Constable."

The job: hunt down old ghosts hiding in ancient tombs to evade reincarnation.

Well, well. His grandfather dug up people's graves, and now he was catching their souls. So the Chen family tradition really was making trouble for the dead, huh?

Bottle Mountain, where nine out of ten tomb raiders who entered went mad, was home to a thousand-year-old Corpse King and a bunch of "holdouts" who refused to report to the underworld.

Chen Baiqing went down there with the Jingzhe Sword in hand.

The young woman from the Moving Mountain faction praised his unrivaled martial arts, the Xiling descendants cursed him for ruining their business, and the six-winged centipede tried to run when it saw him.

Sorry, but before you run, fill out your reincarnation application.

Grandpa, your unfinished business is getting an inspection from your grandson.
