A Thousand Faces Hang in My Basement

A thousand faces hang in the basement of my house. Every single one belonged to a person. Stick one onto someone else’s face and it will grow into place, becoming a part of them. From then on, they won’t die unless I let them. Stick one onto my own face, and everything that person had becomes mine. The day the red fog descended, ability users awakened all over the city. The Special Affairs Bureau, the black market, and mysterious organizations were all searching for one person: The last master of disguise in the Shen family. No one knew that the person they were looking for was standing before a mirror, slowly changing into someone else. “From today on, my name isn’t Shen Mian.” “Whoever I say I am, that’s who I am.”
