A firsthand account of World of Warcraft Classic, told by a player, following the game from its beginnings through the transformation of a guild into a thousand-member powerhouse.
I can still vividly remember the moment we brought down the Lich King by the skin of our teeth. Our raid leader, Hippo, shouted "RUSH!" with all his might over YY. Everyone rushed the boss, and the whole internet cafe erupted in cheers. For everyone else, it was a moment of pure joy.
But me?
I'd been carried through Heroic Lich King back then.
The next reset after the guild brought down the Lich King, Dragon Soul came out. People went off to work or started their businesses, and in the end, a group of brothers faded away into the gray of the O key.
Why not write about Brother Qiang?
