The protagonist obtains a "Trading Order from All Realms" that only opens a "cross-border window" and does not provide money or goods. He starts by "picking up leaks" and starts from a night market stall owner. He negotiates, builds channels and sets rules between the two worlds, and finally builds a business empire that spans the two worlds.
