[No CP + No Male Lead + Comedy]
Lin Jin worked herself to death on an electronics factory assembly line. When she opened her eyes, she had become the lowest-level newbie System in the myriad realms.
A lottery sent her to a post-apocalyptic wasteland world, where she bound to a dying Host named Xia Mang. Her newbie gift was a high-interest loan, with taxes that increased every month. If she couldn't earn enough coins, her soul would be scattered.
"In my last life, the assembly line worked me to the bone. In this one, the rules of the myriad realms are bleeding me dry. Fine, I know this game."
So she opened a supermarket in the wasteland while working as a trader across the myriad realms. While others fought over rankings and competed to outdo one another, she paid only the minimum tax. While others begged powerful figures to carry them, she turned around and conned a Japanese-style System out of a defensive formation, then said, completely unapologetically, "I'm not even human. I'm a System."
A lie-flat System from a peaceful world, a little princess from the divine realm and her adorably shameless System, wild gods from an incense-offering world, underworld enforcers... Her business partners are all more outrageous than the last. By the time everyone catches on, the newbie System who could barely afford to pay her taxes has become a legendary miser across the myriad realms, rumored to have a fortune of ten million and to pay only the minimum each month.
Host and System side by side, opening a shop in the apocalypse, trading across the myriad realms, never giving away a single coin.
Two people who clawed their way out of desperate situations turn a hellish start into a comeback legend.
The first 15 chapters mainly introduce the System world's rules and the early days of opening the shop. The laughs and tears start coming later. This isn't a System novel in the traditional sense.
After reading Chapter 40, I gave up. The two heroines are simply disasters. They knew they were targeted, but they still stayed away from the base. They came out with big thorns. They couldn't bear to use points to buy props. The people at the base were so unlucky that they bought you potatoes for a few days. The cost was mostly casualties. You two patted your butts and went on to open a store.
Nice!!! I also found gold there!
