I Lease a Thousand-Acre Reservoir: As the Fish God, I Command Ten Thousand Fish

Lin Zhou poured all his savings into leasing a thousand-mu reservoir. He had planned to build a career in aquaculture, but the reservoir was choked with silt and the water quality deteriorated. The fish fry died in droves, and his entire investment went down the drain. On the verge of bankruptcy and buried in debt, he hit rock bottom.

In this desperate situation, he unexpectedly awakened the Fish Spirit System.

His soul could travel freely beneath the water, possessing any fish in the reservoir. He could swim through rivers and lakes and command the countless fish throughout the entire water system.

By opening the System panel and spending energy points, he could directly empower schools of fish and trigger accelerated growth. Other fish farmers had to toil for a whole year before their fish were ready to harvest, but under Lin Zhou's care, just two months was enough for each fish to grow fat and strong.

He cleverly spread rumors about giant fish in the reservoir, drawing crowds of anglers from far and wide. The anglers chummed the water and tossed in bait, feeding the fish below for free. Playing with the anglers also let him collect a steady stream of energy. He got free bait while racking up System points, the fish grew at an incredible rate, and profits poured in.

The holds were packed with giant fish, and the river teemed with freshwater catches.

The money-losing reservoir that everyone once avoided had become Lin Zhou's vast aquaculture empire.
