She Goes to the Army to Divorce Him, and the Cold-Faced Regiment Commander Kneels for Forgiveness

[Historical era + military marriage + doting husband + raising children]

Three years after losing her daughter, Bai Xingyue learns the truth by chance: her own sister conspired with her in-laws to deceive her. Her child hadn't died. She had been taken to the military base, while Bai Xingyue had become the wife who supposedly died in childbirth.

When her in-laws discover that the truth is out, they beat her severely, then carry her up a mountain in the dead of night to bury her alive. The gray wolf she saved three years ago appears just in time and scares them away.

Now that she has come back to life, Bai Xingyue will make them pay a hundredfold for what they did to her!

She cripples her mother-in-law, and makes sure her husband's elder brother will never have children!

At last, she takes all the money and heads to the military base to reclaim her child.

The truth comes out, and her elder sister's ugly face is exposed. She becomes a rat everyone wants to beat.

Her husband, who had been kept in the dark, hears Bai Xingyue wants a divorce. He slaps himself twice, drops to his knees, and begs pathetically, "Wife, I was wrong. Can we please not get divorced?"
