Cash Back on Consumption Starts from Returning to the Village to Build Infrastructure

Infrastructure+Suddenly rich+Multiple heroines Good news, I am bound to the consumption cashback system. Bad news, it can only be spent in the village. In this village, there are only old people, and the youngest one is 38. The only place where you can consume the food is the canteen at the entrance of the village, which is almost out of date. Damn it, when and how long will it take to get rich? Since I can't spend money, then I... Can only use my ultimate move.
