This Imperial Consort Is Dangerously Wicked, and the Empress Can’t Handle Him

Empress Xiao Linghuang of the Great Jing is getting a splitting headache from all the old fogies at court pressuring her to marry.

To keep Chancellor Zhang Yizhi in check, and to make the Prince of Xijing think twice before acting, she decides to marry Baili Chenglong, the infamous woman from Xijing said to "take men and women alike, and run wild across the sixteen prefectures," and make her his imperial consort. Then the empress hears that her dowry is "a million troops" and is so terrified she tries to call off the wedding in the middle of the night. "What the hell kind of dowry is that? She's going to take over my home!"

Unfortunately, the imperial edict has already been issued. It's too late.

After transmigrating to the imperial capital, Baili Chenglong sets about whipping the empress's harem into shape.

She dresses up as a ghost on their wedding night, nearly scaring the empress out of her wits.

One serving of spicy hot pot has the empress running to the toilet for three days straight.

A haunted-house adventure nearly sends the empress to her grave...

She turns the Eight Little Ones into a squad of tough guys, and makes Zhang Huaiyi drink her "special oral fertilizer-water tonic"...

The entire harem is thrown into chaos, and nearly falls apart.

Every night, the empress huddles under the covers on her dragon bed and swears, "Baili Chenglong, I'm not done with you!"

Baili Chenglong: The empress is supposed to be "as fat as a pig and as cruel as a snake," so how come she's a peerless beauty with a 36-inch bust? And why has she caught me red-handed twice?

Xiao Linghuang: The woman from Xijing is supposed to be "into men and women alike, and the Great Jing's number one playgirl," so how come she's so handsome that my heart skips a beat?

She chases, he dodges. They misunderstand each other in both directions, and the laughs never stop.

The female lead is a "technical type": she relies entirely on a single Illusory Snow Pill to keep up appearances.
