I'm Just a County Magistrate, Don't Force Me to Rebel

On the first day of time travel, Lin Mo was taken out of prison to become the county magistrate. I thought it was a good job, but it turned out that the government office collapsed, the money was gone, the granary was empty, and there were only three people under his command: a head catcher with a broken arm, a clerk who only knew how to make false accounts, and a guard who was a road idiot. What's even more outrageous is that the former county magistrate had embezzled stolen money for three years. The military advisor only gave him three months to audit the accounts. If he couldn't be found out, he would be beheaded. Lin Mo: "Whoever likes to be the county magistrate should be the one." Military Advisor: "If you don't deserve it, behead it." Lin Mo: "... Be it." No money? Go borrow it. No one? Go recruit. No food? There is one in the bandit's den. A broken county, a polished county magistrate, and a group of unreliable subordinates. Let's see how Lin Mo turned a small and poor border town into a big one step by step in troubled times.
