In the wasteland after the great cataclysm, scavenger Chen Huang builds a self-sustaining futuristic city out of trash, and the whole city starts calling him the Wasteland King. At his side are Lan Po, a dismissed engineer; Iron Fang, a local kingpin; White Crow, a mysterious chronicler; and Mia, a pure being who can read memories. As Iron Thorn, commander of the Purification Army, approaches with his troops, Chen Huang discovers that the 'seed' System he found can awaken the ancient civilization's underground defenses, and Mia is the key to activating them. Behind the title of Wasteland King lies a choice between rebirth and destruction.
