Touken Ranbu: Even an NPC Wants to Become a Saniwa

[No Fixed CP. The heroine has no romance plot in the main story.]

[Includes a small amount of Baldur's Gate 3 lore.]

N38 was originally an NPC running on a fixed program. After gaining self-awareness, she was discovered by the world consciousness of Touken Ranbu.

It promised to grant N38 a wish once she completed her mission. As N38 no longer wanted to live as an NPC, she gladly accepted and set off for a new world.

After receiving the world consciousness's generous starter pack, Wanjia came into being. And just like that, she'd successfully become someone who forgot her own face and her own past.

But nobody told her that the locals would react so vividly and realistically!

After several failed attempts, including trying to change her mission reward to [Friendly Interaction with Short Blades], getting chased by her brothers, and being caught committing a crime in public and dragged off in handcuffs by her coworkers, Wanjia was so heartbroken she could only cry out in despair. She went to the government restaurant and tearfully downed three servings of Mitsutada's special Family Portrait Set to comfort herself.

She'd thought that after spending ten years killing fish in her old world, her heart would be colder than a blade. But whenever she saw a pitiful NPC, she couldn't help offering a hand. All Wanjia could do was scold herself while turning into a tireless machine, constantly accepting quests.

But why did these NPCs want to invite her to join their citadel as a Saniwa and build a big family together? Something was wrong here, hey!
