After Repaying My Debt by Having My Bones Carved Out, I Became the Immortal Sect's Top Creditor

The day the Taixu Sword Sect forced Shen Zhao to cut out her companion Dao Bone for her junior sister, Shen Zhao did not shed a single tear.

In front of the Nine Provinces Immortal Alliance, she shattered her life-bound sword and wrote an IOU to the Heavenly Dao: "I'll return the bone to you. The karmic debt you owe me will accrue interest by the day."

Everyone laughed at her madness, convinced she wouldn't survive three days after leaving the sect.

Three years later, the Taixu Sword Sect's spirit veins had withered, and its nine Supreme Elders had fallen into cultivation deviations one after another. Sect Leader Gu Huai'an knelt on the desolate Sword-Seeking Peak, coughing up blood as he begged Shen Zhao to return.

Shen Zhao arrived with the Black-Armored Guards of the Heavenly Dao Debt Bureau and smashed through the sect gates, turning the jade abacus in her hands.

"Sect Leader Gu, I'm not here to reminisce. I'm here to collect principal and interest. Including your spirit veins and fortune, the Taixu Sword Sect must be destroyed."

Only as the immortal sect crumbled did Gu Huai'an find the annotation left in an ancient scroll in the forbidden grounds by the long-dead Demon Emperor, Xie Buyan:

[The little sparrow I raised is not for the likes of you filthy scum to pluck her bones!]
