[Alternate World] [One Female Lead] [Campus Belle] [Genius] [Fake Taoist Priest] [Mount Longhu] [Celestial Master] [Ghost Hunting] [Underworld Constable] [Hundred Ghosts' Night Parade]
Freshman Wen Zi's nickname is Bai Sui. His parents died in a car accident when he was so young he could barely remember them. The driver couldn't afford to pay compensation, so after covering the funeral expenses, he went to prison.
His grandmother was so heartbroken that she passed away not long afterward, too.
He was raised by his grandfather. From the time he could remember, his grandfather forced him to learn all sorts of strange things, and he also trained him in martial arts until he became quite skilled.
But their good fortune didn't last. When he had just started eighth grade, his grandfather could no longer hold on. Wen Zi borrowed money from the village elders, bought his grandfather a coffin, then found a patch of land that was more or less theirs and dug a simple grave to bury him.
He has yin-yang eyes and can see ghosts. His grandfather often said that the whole family ended up this way because of his eyes.
Of course, he believed him, and gave up on himself. He lived without a shred of dignity and would do anything for money, as long as it wasn't illegal.
Fortunately, his grades were excellent, and he got into a very good university through the college entrance exam.
At university, he still did anything for money, even taking jobs to catch ghosts and tell fortunes.
Until one day, he, a fake Taoist priest, finally met a real one.
And that real Taoist priest was Zhang Ziyi, a famous figure across the whole university.
Who knows what kind of story, if any, will unfold between him and Zhang Ziyi?
It's good to watch. The main character has low self-esteem at first. This angle is very novel and the writing is very good.
Okay. I'm fascinated by it.
I'm exhausted. After reading one chapter, I have to apply for a Chinese translation.
