Starting with Corpse-Searching Tongbei Fist, I Fight My Way Through Shanghai

In the thirteenth year of the Republic, Shanghai is crawling with man-eating devils.

Chen Changsheng, a handsome young martial performer in an opera troupe, is kidnapped by the Green Gang boss “Ghost-Eyed Biao” and dragged into a basement to be violated. His childhood sweetheart, his junior apprentice sister, is sold off by the entire neighborhood, who pool their money to send her to a brothel in the Japanese concession. Everyone spits at him and calls him a harbinger of doom, waiting for him to sell his body for cash.

At his moment of desperation, Chen Changsheng touches a hot corpse that has just died!

With Tongbei Boxing, every strike lashes like a whip, and his palms cut like blades! One whip-hand strike blasts the boss's throat open on the spot!

From Green Gang secrets to Japanese military deployments, the dead are full of treasures. From enforcers wielding twin flower rods to skilled Japanese ronin, the stronger the enemy, the richer the spoils they leave behind!

By day, he is a dazzling star onstage. By night, he is a god of slaughter, knife in hand, sending his enemies to their graves.

“The Shanghai gangsters, spies, and Japanese devils, I'll send every last one of you to your graves!”
