🍯🥜 🌹All actions are impermanent. All dharmas have no self. Nirvana is silent. 🌹Contemplating the body is the body, contemplating the mind is the mind, contemplating the feelings is the feeling, and contemplating the Dharma is the Dharma. 🌹Contemplate the impurity of the body, the impermanence of the mind, the suffering of feelings, and the non-self of the Dharma.

The novel of this era is well written, give the author a thumbs up👍👍
